About The Position

This position involves financial planning and analysis, including developing and maintaining budgets and forecasts, analyzing data, and communicating business results, trends, and outlooks to various levels of management. It also entails financial controlling, supporting the Corporate Controller with period closing activities, preparing, analyzing, and summarizing periodic reporting including ledger closing and accruals, and assisting with identifying and implementing effective financial controls. The role includes supply chain and inventory analysis and forecasting, analyzing procurement and inventory data, forecasting demand, and performing variance analysis on consumption versus budget. It also provides financial oversight for physical and cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and helps resolve variances to maintain inventory accuracy. A key aspect is operational process improvement, working with departments such as Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering to understand and develop business processes and systems to improve and strengthen operational activities. The Senior Financial Analyst will also manage the development, preparation, and communication of ad hoc financial and business analytics on various projects as needed. The role requires representing the Company and its values with integrity while maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards, and adhering to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. The Senior Financial Analyst must work with an emphasis on individual safety and safety for others, including coworkers and third parties. Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
