About The Position

The Analyst/Sr Analyst, Corporate Finance and Treasury role is a member of the Treasury team within the Finance organization. The role works with internal and third-party stakeholders to drive analyses and recommendations on the Company's near term financing needs and long term capital structure. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent training/experience
  • 3 years of investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, investment management, or other similar experience
  • Demonstrates the highest level of ethics and integrity
  • Fundamental understanding of corporate finance and how strategic initiatives and financial plans impact the Company's financial statements, obligations, and covenants
  • Self-starter who is strongly motivated to enhance the in-house modelling/advisory platform and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, including a proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
  • Ability to collaborate and influence through outstanding interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Build complex financial models to evaluate efficiency of various financing alternatives and deliver recommendations to senior leadership
  • Evaluate capital structure scenarios and assess their impact on leverage, margins, and enterprise value-helping steer long-term financial health
  • Cultivate relationships with banks, rating agencies, and other key partners to support internal modeling and deal execution
  • Tackle high-impact ad-hoc analyses-from interest expense forecasting to transaction NPVs, competitive intelligence, and more
  • Support the development of long-term capital structure strategies and craft executive-ready presentations that influence top-level decisions
  • Support execution of capital markets transactions, bank lending, and private aircraft financings
