The Analyst, Compensation is a member of the Global Compensation, Mobility, and People Support team within the People Division. This role supports the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation programs. The Analyst takes a consultative approach to supporting business units, partnering closely with HR and operational leaders to provide strategic guidance, data-driven insights, and market-informed recommendations.
