About The Position

The Analyst/Sr Analyst position in AAdvantage International Co-Brand Partnerships at American Airlines is focused on driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring new co-brand credit card members and enhancing engagement with existing customers across various international markets. This role involves analyzing customer behavior, conducting performance assessments of marketing campaigns, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to optimize co-brand strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
  • 3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing, travel industry, or personal credit cards.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for market share and revenue growth.
  • Conduct performance analysis of co-brand marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Benchmark co-brand credit card product propositions against industry trends to enhance customer experience and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with issuers, networks, agencies, and internal teams to develop acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Create and analyze complex contracts and proposals to maximize value for American Airlines and partners.
  • Support contract negotiations with financial institution partners across multiple regions including Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Caribbean, Asia, and Europe.
  • Lead and manage bank partner strategy and relationships for assigned multi-country portfolios.
  • Develop reports and presentations to align stakeholders and facilitate negotiations with bank partners and payment networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute co-brand initiatives.
