Job Summary Responsible for SG&A journal entries, report consolidations, and routine management reporting that support accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. Job Description Key Accountabilities • Prepare SG&A Support and Retail accounting journal entries and perform basic reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual report consolidations for the SG&A Planning team. • Perform variance analyses versus plan, forecast, and prior year, escalating material issues to senior team members. • Support creation of management reporting packages, including clear, concise commentary for internal stakeholders. • Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying data issues and recommending incremental enhancements to tools and workflows. Education, Experience & Skill Requirements •Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. •Minimum: 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related financial role. •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build and maintain standard reports and charts. •Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to create basic presentations for management review. •Preferred: Working knowledge of SAP, Workday, and enterprise planning tools (e.g., SAC, S/4, WorkDay Adaptive). Requirements
