Zensar is looking for a SDET in the United States (%100 Remote). This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities. About the Role •    Test Execution: Perform manual and automated tests to test functionality as well as regression testing to identify any glitches or bugs. •    Documentation: Create detailed test cases and test plans to track progress.  As well as create detailed defect cases should the code not function correctly. •    Collaboration:   Work with developers to identify, reproduce, and troubleshoot issues. •    Quality Standards: Ensure software aligns with company requirements and user expectations. •    Regression Testing: Verify that updates and fixes do not introduce new issues.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of kanban software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, UFT). Also, knowledge of the IBM iSeries, RPG code, DDS, SQL.
  • Functional Profiency: Knowledge of the futures industry and GMI software would be
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor errors in code or user interface.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal skills to report defects effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Aptitude for testing from user and unconventional perspectives.
