As of December 31, 2024, SAM managed over $1.2 trillion, with almost $600 billion in index strategies. SAM is creating a two-year analyst program that will expose the successful candidate to four segments of our index business: equity portfolio management, fixed income portfolio management, equity trading and capital markets, and fixed income trading and capital markets. The role will be embedded within each distinct team for six months and assist with each teams' daily workflow. At the end of the two-year rotation, the candidate will be placed on one of the rotational teams based on business needs. The position will be based in Westlake, TX (Dallas-Fort Worth) or Lone Tree, CO (Denver), reporting to the Head of Bond Index Strategies and supervised by senior members of the investment team. The candidate will regularly interact with members of our team across offices in San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, Jersey City, Westlake, and Naples, FL. The position will follow Schwab's corporate Workplace Flexibility Policy, which currently requires a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the office.
