As an Analyst in Strategy and Transactions (SaT), Transaction Diligence - Transaction Support (Senior Manager), you will manage teams on financial diligence project work, analyze financial data, and identify key trends behind the performance of a business. You will examine financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations, inspect accounting systems for efficiency, and organize financial records. You will also assess financial operations and make best-practice recommendations to management, structure reports on findings, and oversee the execution of financial due diligence engagements.
