The Analyst Rotation Program (ARP) at CarMax is designed as an entry point into the Analyst Community, providing a unique opportunity for recent graduates to immerse themselves in various analytical roles within the organization. This two-year program consists of three rotations, each lasting eight months, allowing participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business while developing essential skills in analytics, strategy, communication, and influence. As a Business Analyst in the ARP, you will engage with complex problems and contribute significantly to the company's success from the outset.
