Job Overview: The Analyst, Risk Management will assist in the development of programs and processes to ensure the appropriate oversight and reporting of the firm’s key risks. The position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the policy management and committee governance frameworks. Additionally, the role will support the training, communication, and other programs to promote a strong risk culture that prioritizes risk identification and collaboration across the three lines of defense.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (or a related discipline)
- Solution oriented with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and implement change
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities
- Support policy management and committee governance programs
- Support development and maintenance of core risk management standards and frameworks
- Manage change management process for committee charters and policies
- Support communication plan for new program requirements
- Perform inventory and gap assessment of policies and committee charters and partner with stakeholders to remediate
- Support Risk training, communication, and partnership programs
- Draft newsletters, program announcements, and other communications and materials
- Support development and ongoing maintenance of tooling solution for process automation
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
