Integrated Risk Management Program Overview Lilly's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) program is a strategic enterprise initiative that transforms traditional risk management into a competitive advantage by uniting cross-functional expertise with cutting-edge analytics and technology. IRM enables faster, better informed decision-making that protects what matters most: our operations, reputation, and ability to deliver life-saving medicines to patients. This integrated approach creates a coordinated and proactive system that helps Lilly stay resilient and agile as we continue reaching more patients than ever before. Position Description The Risk Analytics Developer translates complex business questions into actionable intelligence by building executive dashboards, Power BI reports, and self-service analytics tools that enable risk leaders to monitor portfolios, identify emerging threats, and make data-driven decisions in real time. Working as part of the centralized IRM Insights Hub team, you will develop solutions that span multiple risk domains, creating visibility and insight that has never before existed across Lilly's integrated risk landscape. This role balances new capability development with operational support of current tools, focusing on discovering useful insights, supporting leadership decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across risk processes. Leveraging Microsoft Fabric as the foundation for data engineering and Power BI for visualization, you will work with data from enterprise systems including ServiceNow GRC, SAP, Workday, and assurance platforms to create unified analytics that break down historical data silos and enable "Analytics for Everyone" across the IRM ecosystem.
