About The Position

We're looking for a Revenue Technology Analyst for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is fulltime. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base. This is a high-impact analyst role to help build & maintain a best-in-class revenue technology stack and use AI to disrupt current processes. Our Revenue Operations team sits at the center of our go-to-market motion, ensuring seamless integration between Sales, Marketing, and our many other stakeholder teams. We are looking for a passionate, driven, and curious individual to join our team and help shape the future of Revenue Technology and AI-driven process optimization. As a Revenue Operations Analyst specializing in Revenue Technology, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our revenue tech stack. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to push the boundaries of how businesses leverage AI to improve sales efficiency, enhance marketing performance, and streamline revenue operations.

Requirements

  • Passion for Revenue Technology, Sales Technology, or Marketing Technology, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of AI-driven business transformation
  • Experience working with revenue tech tools (e.g., Marketo, Clay.com, RingLead, 6sense, Clari, sales engagement tools, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Qualified, or similar)
  • Distinct interest in the possibilities of AI and desire to turn those into reality
  • Ability to articulate past experiences with technology implementation, process improvement, or AI-driven initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A self-starter attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges and learn new technologies
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant Revenue role (RevOps, System admin, Sales Development, Marketing, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Act as an owner and system administrator for one or several pieces of technology across our full revenue tech stack
  • Be our subject matter expert (SME) in a key area within the GTM motion and provide expertise on best practices and optimization strategies
  • Work with peers to track new innovations, evaluate new vendors and integrate new purchases into our stack with minimal disruption and maximum effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and workflow automation to improve efficiency across the revenue funnel
  • Support end-users by providing training, gathering feedback, troubleshooting issues, and documenting best practices
  • Provide direct feedback, ideas, and suggestions to senior leadership and executives on improving our revenue stack and related processes
  • Work within a team of 5-10 peer technology specialists in the larger RevOps organization, reporting to the VP of Revenue Technology
