It is not available for any work sponsorship. Our paid internship program runs for 12 weeks between May - August or June - September 2026. Your Future Team The Communications team helps shape the image and reputation of Atlassian, our products and its people. We create awareness and influence perception of the company with customers, investors, analysts, regulators, potential employees, and other critical audiences. Our primary responsibilities include product launches, external speaking, Founder and executive comms, narrative development, quarterly earnings, crisis management, analyst relations, and anything that impacts Atlassian’s reputation.

Requirements

  • Able to commit to a 12-week full-time (40hrs/week) program during Summer 2026
  • Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2027
  • Please note: At this time, we are only open to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops)

Responsibilities

  • As an intern, you will get to contribute to communications strategies and campaigns, write content that will be read by thousands of readers, and have your voice heard by the team.
  • You’ll gain experience learning how to spot a great story for external amplification, decide which channels are best for that story, develop the story angle so it is compelling to our intended audience, and land the story in the desired channel/outlet.
