Requirements

  • Experience managing Analyst Relations programs for global, publicly traded enterprise SaaS companies, or a leading Research company.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented leader with a natural inclination for both strategy setting and tactical execution.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership to create cross-functional alignment.
  • Effective business partner with the ability to manage multiple or competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for Udemy's engagement with industry analysts.
  • Lead the Analyst Relations Strategy in partnership with top research firms like Forrester, Fosway, and Gartner.
  • Work closely with senior go-to-market (GTM) leaders across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams.
  • Prioritize and cultivate relationships with key analysts.
  • Create strategic briefing materials and spearhead GTM analyst relations enablement.
  • Build, lead, and scale Udemy's first Global Analyst Relations Program.
  • Establish and run an engagement calendar to grow key analyst relationships.
  • Create, own, and deliver analyst briefing decks and GTM enablement assets.
  • Manage all AR operations, including rationalizing agreements and budgets.
  • Drive digital and live analyst engagements across signature analyst reports.
  • Proactively partner across Udemy's Marketing and Communication Teams.
