We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operational Risk Analyst / Specialist to join our growing Canadian operations team. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting key areas including Fraud Prevention, Payments, KYC & Verification, AML, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Responsible Gaming (RG). Reporting to an Operational Risk Supervisor, you’ll review transactions and player activity, verify customer documentation, assess alerts, and escalate potential issues — helping to protect customers and the integrity of our platform. You’ll work closely with experienced managers and senior leaders, gaining exposure across multiple risk functions in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Requirements

Experience in an operational or risk-related role within online gaming, payments, or fintech.
Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of at least one (preferably all): KYC, AML, EDD, Fraud, Payments, or Responsible Gaming.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with data, case management systems, and workflow tools.
Ability to follow structured procedures and meet performance targets.
