Analyst, Provider Reimbursement Consulting

RubinBrown LLP, a leading accounting and professional consulting firm founded in 1952, is seeking an Analyst for its healthcare consulting specialty group in Provider Reimbursement. The firm is known for its commitment to experience, integrity, and value, and aims to redefine the full-service experience by combining technical and industry expertise with personal relationships. The Analyst will be part of a local and remote consulting team across various locations including Chicago, Detroit, Denver, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Nashville, and St. Louis. This role requires exceptional project management skills and expertise in client service, as the Analyst will coordinate and complete contractual review work for various clients, develop detailed work plans for engagements, and prepare necessary documentation and correspondence related to government and third-party appeals. The Analyst will also be responsible for providing various reimbursement-related financial and data analyses using Microsoft Office, CCH, and other applications. This includes preparing logs and Excel spreadsheets to aid in appeals, requesting letters and outgoing correspondence, and developing documentation onsite at client offices to support engagement objectives. Direct communication with clients is essential, as the Analyst will track correspondence and stay current with reimbursement topics affecting clients and the industry. Maintaining a minimum billability rate of 75% is also a key expectation of this role.
