The Analyst, Project Control is responsible for managing financial and operational aspects of projects, ensuring they stay within budget, and providing accurate financial reporting and analysis. Project Control and Reporting: Financial Management: Oversee the financial planning and management of specific projects, including creating budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies. Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly project financial statements and reports, providing insights on project performance and profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate financial information, assisting in decision-making processes. Cash flow forecasting and project invoicing: Prepare project cash flow analysis and manage project billing. Monitor vendor payments and subcontractor billings as necessary. Cost Control: Monitor project costs, investigate variances, and implement cost containment measures to ensure projects remain within budget. Audit Support: Assist in the annual external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant with standards. Team Leadership & Development Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Process & Controls Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk. Budgeting & Forecasting Support the budgeting and forecasting process with accurate financial data. Provide management with timely variance analysis and actionable insights. Compliance & Audit Liaise with external auditors during the annual financial statement. Maintain compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
