About The Position

The Analyst Program within Real Estate Debt offers junior professionals a dynamic, hands-on experience across public and private commercial real estate investment and finance. Over the two-year program, Analysts work closely with senior team members to support acquisitions and originations, build financial models, and contribute to market research and due diligence. The program begins with formal training and quickly transitions into live deal work, project ownership, and continuous professional development through Lunch & Learns, mentorship, networking, and social events. Analysts are fully integrated into their teams as value-add contributors, with top performers considered for full-time roles upon completion.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or 1-year master's degree in finance or real estate preferred
  • Graduation date of May/June 2026
  • Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
  • Experience in investment analysis and financial modeling
  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Argus knowledge a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented team
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet time sensitive deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist in underwriting and analyzing potential acquisitions/originations, including cash flow projections
  • Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data
  • Review legal documents and support the due diligence process
  • Provide analytical and modeling support to analysts and management
  • Participate in training sessions and team-building activities
