About The Position

The Fiserv Business Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assessments within one specific track over a 2-2.5-year period. Each assignment will build on the other and provide a breadth of experience within Fintech! We are looking for proactive analysts to join our team! This track within the Business Analyst Program will give you the opportunity in testing, validating and certifying of client based point of sale solutions. Also supporting and maintaining process related functions in support of client testing and validation.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program completed in December 2023 or after with a major in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Management or Operations.
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
• 3.0+ GPA.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS; PowerBi; SQL; JSON; AWS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support in house application management, which include support, maintenance and upkeep with corporate security and audit policies and controls.
• Assist with the creation, maintenance and deployment of data analytics, department dashboards, and analytics for project and resource management.
• Opportunities to learn how and develop process changes, enhancements and develop strategies related to data collection.
• Learn about the client certification process, specifically tools and functions utilized.
• Provide outside perspective on existing process and strategies to assist with client engagement, improved experience for resources and clients, and reduce time and effort for an enhanced project experience.
