About The Position

The Corporate Analyst Program at Fiserv is designed for recent graduates who are looking to jumpstart their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment. Participants will engage in rotational assignments, receive mentoring, and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within Fiserv. The program spans 2-2.5 years and consists of two structured assignments within one specific job track. Analysts will have opportunities to contribute to significant projects and gain exposure to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program and/or equivalent military experience.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• 0-2 years of previous work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship experience.
• Majors such as Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
