The Analyst Program within is designed to provide junior professionals the opportunity to learn about private investment through working closely with senior professionals. Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Students with a graduation date of May/June 2026
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Investment analysis experience
  • Solid analytical and quantitative background; experience modeling financial data
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office applications; proficiency in Salesforce.com a plus
  • Excellent writing and communications skills and ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction oriented team
  • Self-starter; must be organized and able to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to travel with overnight stay required at times
