About The Position
The Design and Construction Analyst position is part of a three-year program aimed at recent graduates from engineering, project management, and real estate programs. This role provides hands-on experience and analytical skill development within the Design and Construction department of RLJ Lodging Trust, a leading lodging REIT. Analysts will engage in extensive training, mentorship, and project opportunities while contributing to strategic initiatives and collaborating with various departments to enhance efficiency and profitability.
