Through two structured assignments within a designated business track, analysts gain hands-on experience, build professional skills, and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. The program includes formal training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership, all of which support long-term career development within the organization. What does a successful Business Analyst do? A successful Business Analysis, Analyst at Fiserv works with skilled professionals to analyze business requirements, identify improvement areas, and help develop effective solutions. This role offers practical experience and broad exposure to the organization, positioning you for advancement within Fiserv.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Management
  • 3.0+ GPA
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Analyze business processes and requirements.
