About The Position

Global X is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Product Marketing Strategist (analyst level) with a focus on Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to join our dynamic New York based Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in Financial Services and Asset Management with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, the analyst will support a range of product marketing activities including go-to-market planning, collateral development, and on-going campaign monitoring to ensure the ongoing success of our ETF lineup. This person will work closely across Product Research/Management, Sales, Compliance, and cross-functionally within the Marketing team. Global X Marketing Team Overview We are a full-scale in-house marketing team that supports and drives business objectives through creativity and innovation, backed by metrics and results. Primarily based in New York, our team is broken out into verticals covering sales channels, products, advertising channels, design, events, digital marketing, media, and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role, or with transferrable skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality, even when working at speed.
  • Strong writing skills with a preference towards proficiency with Financial Services terminology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with different teams globally.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including assisting with market research, positioning, messaging, launch timelines, and marketing collateral development.
  • Partner with Product Research/Management and Sales to learn product features, benefits, and target customer segments, and help translate insights into clear marketing materials.
  • Assist in the creation and updating of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, videos, and other assets to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to help execute multi-channel campaigns across web/digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Support Event Marketing and Sales in planning, coordinating, and attending Global X–hosted and sponsored events to gain exposure to client engagement and marketing best practices.
  • Help track and organize marketing campaign performance by partnering with Business Analytics to collect data, prepare reports, and monitor key metrics and ROI.
  • Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, including project coordination, asset management, timeline tracking, and internal communications.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to support product positioning, campaign development, and sales conversations.
  • Learn and use marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing, analytics tools) to support campaign execution and reporting.
