Requirements

• 2+ years of total work experience demonstrating increasing complexity and scope in roles and responsibilities.
• 2+ years of experience in product management and/or business analyst role.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), claims data, and healthcare analytics.
• Experience overseeing complex data integrations both internally and externally.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, especially HIPAA.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps (preferably in the healthcare sector).
• Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple scrum teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope and communicate priorities.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on product, stakeholder, and BAU requirements.
• Maintain and execute data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business's strategic goals.
• Monitor key product metrics and conduct regular reviews to assess product performance and surface opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all product-related questions, providing timely responses to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.
