About The Position

The Procurement Analyst supports the owner’s procurement team in managing Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment and service packages for large-scale data center projects. The role focuses on early procurement support, contract administration, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking of critical.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2 years of procurement experience, with some supporting hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure (e.g., data centers, energy, utilities).
  • OFCI Procurement/Management Experience
  • Proven success in supplier relationship management and negotiation of large-scale agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, including RFP/RFQ development, contract lifecycle management, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills – detail oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and contract administration of equipment and service vendors, designers, and general contractors, with a primary focus on owner-furnished scopes
  • Assist with vendor prequalification, vetting, and shortlisting through bid analysis, scope comparisons, and commercial evaluations
  • Support pricing reviews, negotiations, and preparation of award recommendations for vendor packages
  • Assist with contract development, execution, and administration, ensuring clarity around vendor scope, installation responsibility, and interface requirements
  • Create, manage, and track RFPs, purchase orders, change orders, and invoicing for vendor equipment and services
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized procurement documentation, including contracts, commercial logs, vendor correspondence, and delivery trackers
  • Support vendor onboarding and site coordination, working closely with site teams, general contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth integration
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and commissioning teams to align requirements with issued drawings, specifications, and construction sequencing
  • Track lead times, manufacturing progress, logistics, and delivery milestones, proactively identifying and escalating risks
  • Develop and maintain weekly reports and dashboards covering cost, schedule, lead times, and supply-chain risks
  • Monitor industry trends, vendor capacity, and market conditions to support informed sourcing and early procurement decisions
