Requirements

  • You have a College Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or Engineering B.S.
  • You have experience (including strong internships and/or co-op) with data quality or data analysis.
  • You have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros).
  • You have programming skills (OLAP, ETL, SQL, VBA).
  • You have documentation and database skills.
  • You have strong communication skills which include using analytics to challenge the data and support stakeholders to drive for results.
  • You can handle multiple work streams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the point person for Power BI.
  • You will assist with ensuring the accuracy of procurement data.
  • You will support creating and maintaining the Procurement dashboard.
  • You will be responsible for creating KPI reporting for all regions.
  • You will assist Procurement Leadership to evolve the dashboard and other data reporting.
  • You will participate in identifying areas of process improvement and the solutions to execute improvements.
  • You will work closely with Indirect and Direct leads developing data and reporting to improve current processes.
  • In partnership with the Associate Manager, Procurement Excellence, you will prepare financial reporting and align this data with the finance team and your procurement leadership.
  • You will support the Direct and Indirect teams with the RFQ process.
  • You will be responsible for ad hoc data requests from all Procurement teams.
