The Pricing and Deal team supports the Value-Added Services (VAS) division of Visa, responsible for USD 8B in revenue in 2024 and identified as the growth engine for Visa’s business. The team is responsible for providing pricing and deal support to increase VAS sales. It works with Visa’s regional and global Product and Sales teams to improve the VAS sales process, supporting teams with intelligence, innovation, process transformation and other sales tools to grow the business. The team sits at the intersection of many geographies, product organizations, and business units, requiring organizational savvy and strong interpersonal skills. This is a unique opportunity to drive the organizational excellence of Visa’s business while collaborating with executives on a regular basis. This role reports to the Senior Director and Strategy lead, Pricing and Deal team.
