What you’ll do: Customers Bank’s franchise is expanding, increasing the complexity and operational requirements associated with our loan investors, fintech partners, and strategic securitization or transactional initiatives. To support this evolution, Customers Bank is searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented team member to join the Capital Markets Division. This role is a key individual contributor seat reporting to the Head of Portfolio Operations and Transaction Management and will support a team managing roughly ~$2B in AUM across predominantly unsecured and semi-secured consumer loan portfolios. Our team engages across a range of consumer credit sub-verticals—including unsecured term loans, home improvement financing, and second lien/HELOC products—providing the Analyst with a meaningful opportunity to play an active role in supporting our growth within these asset classes.
