About The Position
The Analyst Population Health is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and reporting quality and performance measures within the Population Health department. This role serves as the main technical liaison between various stakeholders, including providers, staff, IT, and analytics vendors, to enable performance improvement through data collection and analysis.
