About The Position
Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business. The Analyst, Payroll role is divided equally between customer service/relations management and technical expertise, responsible for the administration of payroll for Canadian and US employees. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Analyst will be responsible for receiving, assessing, and validating HR and employee changes, entering pay and tax changes, and addressing general inquiries related to pay and tax. The role also involves auditing and analyzing multi-province/state employee transactions for accuracy, timely processing, and compliance. The Analyst, Payroll will work closely with Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness when delivering and auditing pay.
