Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any business-related field and a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Non-degreed incumbents require 3 to 6 years of related work experience
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant management experience such as payroll system management, payroll processing, and payroll accounting
  • Proficient in navigation of the PeopleSoft Payroll/HR/Time and Labor modules and execution of PeopleSoft Queries
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and technical skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a back-up on Payroll Processing to System Lead (10%)
  • Implement daily process steps during the bi-weekly and weekly payroll processes (50%)
  • Provides oversight, governance and support of timekeeping systems (i.e., PeopleSoft Time and Labor system, VARI, eTime) (30%)
  • Define business and technical requirements and recommending the best technical and functional solution (10%)
