This individual will partner closely with the Organic Growth Leadership Team to translate data into strategy — delivering insights that inform decision-making, shape our long-term vision, and strengthen Mariner’s competitive position. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, business strategy, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience creating and managing reports within Salesforce.
• Familiarity with data and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Leverage client and prospect data to uncover insights that inform growth strategies and strengthen client relationships.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards, performance metrics, and visualizations that bring clarity and focus to key initiatives.
• Evaluate the performance of strategic programs, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner across departments — from business development to client experience — ensuring growth initiatives are aligned, data-driven, and effectively executed.
