We're looking for an Operations Support Analyst who will lead projects and activities that support the Global Network and Technology organization, specifically the Wireline Network Operations. Working across organizations, you will use analytical expertise to identify trends, issues and opportunities, all with the goal of transforming the customer experience and finding ways to make our business even better. You may be asked to lead projects/programs that support process improvements, quality, and efficiency. Your support of our centers and field will provide expertise and direction to improved resource management.
