About The Position

As the Operational Analyst, you won’t just support change—you’ll lead it. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with less than 1 year of experience supporting a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or other technical discipline.
  • Background in supporting a food processing environment, FDA/USDA high regulation and industrial engineering experience.
  • Advanced excel analysis required.
  • Large data tools experience preferred (Power Automate, SQL, Aveva, Python, Minitab).
  • Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and chemical process systems.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute OpEx projects focused on yield improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
  • Analyze operational data (e.g., Zarpac, DDS boards, KPIs) to identify trends and root causes.
  • Facilitate and lead Kaizen events (1–3 per month) and continuous improvement workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, including VPs of Operations.
  • Support daily direction setting (DDS) and drive accountability through floor engagement.
  • Build and mentor project teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
