With a passion for marketing across Shopper Marketing and Loyalty strategy, this exciting role contributes to the development, execution and performance of paid vendor amplification efforts and loyalty-based communications and promotions. This role serves to connect both B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) initiatives that lead to sales growth and the development of long-term relationships with the customers Giant serves and aspires to welcome across our omnichannel opportunities (in-store, eComm and 3rd party sellers). This highly visible role must partner Giant Food's commercial teams (ecommerce, merchandising, marketing, operations) and internal and external loyalty and partnership teams to represent Giant Food as well as ADUSA on both the full portfolio of shopper marketing cross-brand initiatives and loyalty offer promotions. Success will be built on the back of excellent relationship building, analytical and planning skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in any Marketing, Operations, Sales, eCommerce or Finance related roles (or equivalent education/internship experience).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, advanced level in Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in working with consumer-packaged goods brands (CPGs) and/or external partners.
  • Strong background in working in a cross functional environment.
  • Experience in building new processes and executing them at an operational and strategic level.
  • Proficiency in data analysis & reporting using Power BI and/or Circana.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Omnichannel team, internal merchandising teams and external vendor partners on building, selling and planning all vendor funded content at Giant Food.
  • Partner with vendors to recommend offer structures and ad tactics to drive incremental sales, awareness and market share.
  • Track performance of all vendors funded omnichannel Shopper Marketing and Loyalty/CRM content and campaigns.
  • Monitor omnichannel advertising revenue against forecasts and collaborate with category teams and vendors to ensure accurate billing and track post-campaign billing for all ads.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams on vendor funded content and campaigns, including tracking across planning platforms, coordination and deployment of assets, analysis and sharing results for Shopper Marketing, Loyalty and CSM Offer Pool.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on all monetized assets to ensure messaging accuracy and compliance with campaign objectives and platform requirements.
  • Partner with the Omnichannel Partnership Manager and Loyalty/CRM Strategy Manager to create vendor funded eCommerce exclusive offers and omnichannel bundling opportunities to drive sales and digital penetration.
  • Work with Ahold Delhaize USA Data and Digital Production Teams to create best in class ad reporting and share outs with the vendor community.
  • Coordinate with the Omnichannel Partnership Manager and Loyalty/CRM Strategy Manager to develop and deliver strategic presentations that communicate marketing performance, insights, and project updates.
