About The Position

The Analyst - Meter Services position at Avangrid involves ensuring the availability of MV90 data for billing purposes, collaborating with various departments, and supporting system changes and process development. Requirements

• Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• High School Diploma with 7 years relevant experience required.
• Experience with customer service policies, practices, filed rate tariffs, and billing.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
• Strong decision making, analytical, problem solving, and negotiating skills.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office products and SAP-CCS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all MV90 data is available for download into SAP for billing.
• Work closely with other departments to provide MV90 data for billing of large high-profile accounts and NYISO reporting.
• Identify and resolve phone line issues and schedule manual data retrieval for timely billing.
• Collaborate with other Avangrid MV90 teams.
• Support the implementation of system changes and assist with the development of new processes.
• Support major/critical projects and develop strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
• Monitor system performance for meter reading, report and troubleshoot issues, and maintain hardware inventory.
• Support the Billing Department as needed.
• Perform storm role as required.
