About The Position

Net Conversion is looking for an Analyst, Media Investment to lead and optimize OTT Advertising workflow, ensuring seamless execution across campaign planning, trafficking, performance tracking, and optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of the OTT ecosystem, programmatic buying, ad serving technologies and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing OTT ad operations, inventory, and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in OTT, programmatic, or digital media operations within an agency, ad tech, or media company.
  • Strong knowledge of OTT ad serving, DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amobee), SSPs, and CTV measurement tools.
  • Experience with ad trafficking, video ad specs, VAST/VPAID tags, and troubleshooting ad delivery issues.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, MOAT, IAS, Comscore, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end operational workflow for OTT campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Creation and management of OTT media plans.
  • Buy and activate campaigns across DSPs, SSPs, and direct publisher integrations.
  • Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and troubleshooting across ad servers and programmatic platforms.
  • Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and reporting for all OTT campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as completion rates, viewability, and audience engagement.
  • Identify and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of OTT technology trends and recommend platform or process enhancements.
  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability in campaign execution.
  • Assist in the evaluation and integration of new technology partners, ad servers, and measurement tools.
  • Manage relationships with OTT publishers, SSPs, and programmatic platforms.
  • Optimize media inventory allocation based on performance and client needs.
  • Negotiate deals with publishers and tech partners to secure premium inventory at competitive rates.
  • Work closely with client strategy, client services, and account teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Communicate operational updates, performance insights, and troubleshooting solutions across teams.
  • Provide training and support on OTT best practices, tools, and workflows.
