About The Position

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate setup and management of master data within QAD systems for Innovation, Renovation, and business-critical projects. The role supports key business functions by delivering high-quality data that drives informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Requires a strong focus on process development and standardization to ensure robust data governance throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Data Management, or similar
2+ years experience in Supply Chain and CPG and/or Alcohol Beverage Business
Detail-focused
Microsoft Excel
Power BI

Nice To Haves

GS1 knowledge a plus, not requirement

Responsibilities

Create component and Finished Goods items in QAD system
Innovation + Renovation New Item Setups
Create + Maintain BOM for Blends, Packaging, and Finished Goods
Collaborate with MRPs to maintain data for material transitions
Collaborate with Product Development and Project Management to maintain Blend BOM data within QAD system
Collaborate with Supply Planners to accurately maintain BOMs across internal and external sites
SOP Creation + Maintenance
Create + Perform Standardized QAD Audits
