About The Position

The Logistics Analyst position will perform the following duties: Identifies and evaluates opportunities to grow backhaul and logistics income in a defined geographic area. T Negotiates carriers' contracted freight rates, implementing programs and the management and evaluation of line-haul carriers to increase revenues and optimize profitability. Prepares and approves carrier bills, resolves complaints, and coordinates activities across departments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in Logistics or related field.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with great attention to detail.
• Job will require organizational skills and consistent communication with other departments.
• Successful candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Microsoft Office exp. (New Grads Welcome)

Nice To Haves

• Foodservice experience a plus.
