This position is in our Producer Administration Group area, which is part of the Americas Compliance team. It is specifically tasked with ensuring that our Brokers, Agents and Producers are appropriately authorized to transact business in the United States. Additionally, we provide all required license verifications, appointments, and contract management to support AXA XL's internal organizational business units. As the Analyst in the Producer Administration team, you will support regulatory compliance guidelines for individual producer and agency licenses, appointments, and conduct any necessary research. The Producer Analyst will support the various business units within AXA XL. You will play a critical role by being responsible for broker data maintenance, governance and compliance support that includes license verification, appointment processing, appointment renewals, and administering producer agreements. You will also be responsible for database maintenance and governance within various applications. You will utilize your keen communication and analytical/problem solving skills to deal effectively with both internal and external clients, and you will add value by applying your skills and insurance knowledge to larger projects.
