About The Position

As an Analyst, Land Development you will work with the Land Development team to support the development of utility scale wind and solar projects throughout the United States. This person will report to the Senior Manager, Land Development. The position is located in Chicago, Illinois.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required, a major in Business or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Moderate level skills using Microsoft Word to be able to make labels, mail-merge, and other items needed for mass documentation mail-outs.
  • Ability to work in a small team, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attentiveness to timelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with GIS, VAL, Curative Tracking App, Quorum, SAM, Oracle, or other company applications.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills preferred to support Land Developer Tasks
  • General knowledge of legal descriptions and real estate terminology

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of summary forms as needed
  • Assists with the coordination for documentation mailouts, contract and agreement reviews as well as lease contracts
  • Assists senior team members with special projects
  • Contract and agreement reviews
  • Coordinates VP execution of the documentation
  • Support the curative process and use/build Curative Trackers
  • Support the Estoppel process and lead or coordinate mail-outs
  • Attends Project Region Development, Title, Curative, and other meetings/calls
  • Assists with the drafting and coordination of lease agreements, letters, terminations, etc.
  • Fostering strong relationships with development and legal teams
  • Support role in preparing and getting through a project finance and/or sale.
  • Provide administrative support to Land Development as needed
