Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Indirect Procurement Strategic Sourcing Analyst for the Information Technology Category. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for specific Information Systems/ Technology. This may include IT Hardware, IT Services, and IT Software in support of various enterprise projects including complex and high-profile executive requests. Reporting to the IT Procurement/ Strategic Sourcing Mnager, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement departments’ objective to implement procurement strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk for the business while processing business request to issues supplier PO's. What you’ll be doing Developing and implementing multi-year sourcing strategies for responsible spend categories, using data analysis and internal collaboration. Designing, planning, managing, and leading key Requests for Proposals, information, quote, etc., with cross-functional teams. Supporting Toyota Legal and Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) Contracts with the development and execution of contractual documents including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statement of Work, Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Software License Agreements, Services Agreements, and other contracts as necessary to support Procurement and business needs. Build and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners to deliver comprehensive and cross-enterprise process improvement solutions. Negotiate pricing and achieve cost savings while mitigating financial and legal risks for the enterprise. Effectively manage all sourcing and price negotiation activities and in-coming ad hoc business unit requests resulting in a contract or purchase order. What you bring Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience with indirect procurement sourcing. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel to efficiently perform data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks, including basic formulas and maintaining accurate records. Demonstrate critical thinking and strategic activities. Strong analytical and project management skills. Strong collaboration and communication/influencing skills. Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%. Added bonus if you have Masters or advanced graduate degree in business, finance or related field Experience with IT commodities.
