BlackRock's Investor Relations (IR) team is part of the Finance & Strategy organization and supports senior management in effectively positioning the firm to deliver value for all of its stakeholders. IR team engages with the investment community and helps them understand BlackRock's business, strategy and financial performance. Our key stakeholders include existing shareholders, sell-side research analysts and prospective investors in BlackRock's stock. The IR team also provides timely feedback from investors to BlackRock's senior management. The IR group within BlackRock operates with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and visibility to senior management and external investors.
