Envoy is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planning & Logistics Analyst to support our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations. This role is pivotal in driving supply chain efficiency through data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with teams across Stores, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and IT to ensure timely material availability and streamlined logistics.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, financial analysis, and business analytics.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Python, MS-Excel, Cognos / Tableau / Power BI (or similar BI tools).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ERP/database systems.
  • Graduate degree in either Data Analytics / Operations Research / Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations Management with 3+ years of experience.
  • Masters Preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop predictive and analytical tools for material forecasting, planning models and ABC analysis, etc.
  • Manage material plan and replenishment process to optimize service levels.
  • Manage and support various department initiative and projects such as AOG analysis, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR), stale inventory disposition, etc.
  • Collaborate with logistics service providers to establish and maintain SOP for freight movement.
  • Review and authorize transportation invoices for accuracy and payment.
  • Create and manage budgets for material requirements and logistics.
  • Perform financial analysis for supply chain projects and plans.
  • Design and implement process improvement across supply chain.
  • Develop dashboards and tools for supply chain and logistic teams.
  • Manage RFP/RFQ process to select suppliers and optimize logistics network.
