Responsibilities Manage and support inventory planning and replenishment activities such as spares allocations, inventory provisioning, inventory balancing and managing base openings and closings. Review and approve purchase requisitions Interface with Inventory Managers, Stores, Maintenance, Maintenance Planning, Engineering, Accounts Payable, Finance, IT, freight carriers and Customs brokers Manage and support in projects such as Aircraft on Ground (AOG) analysis, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR), stale inventory identification & disposition Generate and report inventory planning Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Establish rules/guidelines for selecting optimal and cost effective shipping method for different commodity, criticality and location with compliance Work with stores, AOG team and other departments as well as with transportation suppliers to come up with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Develop and produce KPIs and metrics to evaluate supplier performance Qualifications Who are we looking for? Requirements Minimum age: 18 High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent Demonstrated quantitative, analytical and teamwork skills in prior positions Strong working knowledge of supply chain management, inventory and freight management Experience with Statistical and financial analysis Experience with MS Excel and MS Access Ability to travel as needed Possess the legal right to work in the United States Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position. Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Demonstrated quantitative, analytical and teamwork skills in prior positions
  • Strong working knowledge of supply chain management, inventory and freight management
  • Experience with Statistical and financial analysis
  • Experience with MS Excel and MS Access
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
