Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, formulas).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment.

Excellent communication skills for clear presentation of findings.

Responsibilities

Reconciliation: Match and reconcile external reports with internal systems.
Daily Reporting: Analyze and create daily reconciliations for multiple accounts.
Data Management: Maintain accurate trade flow data and records.
Audit Support: Review and process audit confirmations, coordinating responses.
Regulatory Oversight: Assist with possession and control processes, ensuring compliance.
Process Improvement: Evaluate new regulations and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
Trade Settlement: Track and reconcile trade settlements and fees.
Collaboration: Partner with back and middle office teams to resolve trade issues.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain management reporting and KPIs.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
