About The Position

The Coordinator of Integrated Marketing Communications will be responsible for executing breakthrough Go To Market (GTM) plans and creative campaigns that deliver sales overnight and brand overtime, with the goals of increasing customer penetration and brand index KPIs. From brief development to postmortems, and everything in between, you will own the coordination of end-to-end planning and execution of integrated (Paid, Owned, Earned) marketing campaigns that elevate the quality, relevance, creativity, and authenticity of our products and the KFC brand across all consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or applicable experience) in Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years of consumer marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure industry, preferably within the restaurant or retail industries, global brand(s), and/or top-tier agencies.
  • 1-2 years of Project Management or Content Producer experience.
  • Equally creative and analytical individual contributor with the ability to move with agility and motivate internal and external agency teams to solve problems and drive towards results.
  • Strong budget and timeline management.
  • Experience in agency management and campaign production for paid and organic media, including TV, ONLV, radio, social, print, OOH, digital, influencers, and brand activations.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the day-to-day coordination and execution of integrated campaigns and creative productions, with adherence to timelines, budgets, and processes.
  • Works independently with minimal direction on moderately complex initiatives.
  • Own progress tracking of the campaign/project timeline and communicate masterfully with all stakeholders, while problem solving and moving the work forward.
  • Proactively identify solutions to ensure projects remain on track and all stakeholders are informed.
  • Accountable for coordinating all execution level aspects of campaigns with internal cross-functional partners (Legal, Media, Social, PR, Retail, Digital, CI, Foundation, Development) and external partners (Agencies, NCAC, Franchisees) to ensure plans are on track and on budget.
  • Schedule and coordinate key IMC campaign milestones.
  • Assist in preparing the IMC team for content productions, including the coordination of shoots, packaging and food, locations, etc.
  • Manages IMC budgets, tracking expenses and invoices, ensuring all campaigns and projects are executed within budget.
  • Ensures all productivity tools and resources are up to date, such as Canto and AirTable, et al.
  • Coordinates the development of GTM and post mortem presentations.
  • Develops and presents reporting for campaign planning, resources, and performance.
  • Manages the Brand Book.
  • Proactively identifies brand in culture opportunities. Be a culture vulture: know the industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging platforms and technologies to identify new opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
