Summary The Analyst - Integrated Logistics TFT supports North America cross-border transportation and U.S. domestic logistics operations.The position requires a basic to intermediate understanding of Mexico–U.S. cross-border transportation, U.S. warehouse operations, OTR, and drayage, and focuses on operational support, pricing assistance, and internal coordination. This role works under the team lead and manager, supporting day-to-day logistics operations and customer-related activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean required due to extremely high volume of communication with customers/vendors in Korea
  • Required General understanding of the Supply Chain Management and the Logistics industry
  • Required Understanding of the full range of Freight Forwarding services, including movement scheduling, monitor and control services, cost optimization, and various industry specific requirements
  • Required Ability to establish business plan and proceed new business developments/projects
  • Must be proficient with PCs Required
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and database management systems Required
  • H.S Diploma/G.E.D Required
  • 1 - 2 years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or Business Management Required

  • 2 - 5 Years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or Business Management Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support Mexico–U.S. cross-border transportation operations, including carrier coordination and basic cost structure understanding
  • Support U.S. warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory-related activities
  • Assist with OTR and drayage transportation planning and execution
  • Support logistics pricing preparation
  • Collect carrier rates and cost data
  • Assist with cost structure review and pricing calculations
  • Support logistics market monitoring, including rate trends and cost changes
  • Support customer communication, including operational coordination and basic pricing discussions under guidance
  • Support customer proposals and RFP / RFQ responses under guidance
  • Assist with identifying operational issues and escalating them as needed
  • Support internal reporting related to cost, volume, and service performance
  • Support the manager and team lead with ad-hoc tasks related to cross-border and U.S. domestic logistics
  • Other duties as assigned
