About The Position

This position primarily, but not exclusively, assists with the collection, analysis, and reporting of data specifically related to grants. This role involves working closely with various departments to gather and interpret data, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting that supports the college's strategic initiatives and grant-related objectives.

Requirements

Associate's degree;
One year of part-time or equivalent work experience in managing projects or tasks independently;
Work experience using data analysis tools, such as Excel, PowerBI, or SAS;
Work experience in using data to support decision-making processes;
Work experience in identifying data-related problems and developing solutions.

Nice To Haves

One year of part-time or equivalent work experience in managing datasets or database.
One year of part-time or equivalent data warehouse management work experience.
One year of part-time or equivalent institutional effectiveness and research work experience in a college setting.
Work experience in handling grant data.
Proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, an East Slavic language, and/or American Sign Language.

Responsibilities

Collects, compiles, analyzes, and reports data related to grants.
Prepares interpretive analyses and present findings in narrative, graphic, and oral forms.
Responds to ad-hoc data requests and support reporting requirements for grant-funded projects.
Coordinates data reporting activities with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Supports the Executive Director in the operations of the office and its projects.
Contributes to the College Vision, Mission, Values, and RISE statement.
Supports workforce diversity in all its aspects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
